Our consultants are experienced and mature and will look after all aspects of the recruitment process on your behalf. They will visit you to discuss the brief in detail and interview all candidates face-to-face prior to submission, in addition to managing all aspects of the process through to a successful offer and commencement of employment.

Our placement ratio is one per every four interviews conducted.  This compares favourably with the industry average of one in twelve and is a testament to the quality of our filtering and assessment processes which guarantee to save you time, money and effort.

We charge a simple fee upon placement, calculated from clear, equitable and transparent terms and conditions of business.  We also provide industry standard fee rebates in the event of any placement problems during the first few months of employment.
