Brief Client

Prior to presenting candidates to an agreed interview schedule, our consultants will provide a thorough brief on each individual.  The brief will inform the client on the evaluated competency for the role combined with any other information gained through the candidate/consultant interview. 
The briefing is invaluable in bringing another dimension to the candidate's CV and in providing the client with additional topics for interview discussion, allowing the client to focus and explore areas of potential strength/weakness with the candidate.
