Face-to-Face Interview

Prior to being presented to our clients all candidates attend a face-to-face interview with our consultants.  This is a rigorous one-hour competency based interview as opposed to a simple registration process.  We pride ourselves on our conversation ratio from interview to placement and it is through our own interview processes that we can ensure quality of candidates at the client interview stage.
