Initial Approach

For candidates who are not actively seeking a career change, but identified by Midas as potentially possessing the talent and skills required by our client, we will initially approach them by telephone. This approach is discrete and professional and the client can remain anonymous unless agreed otherwise.  The goal here is to generate the candidate's desire for a discussion in person, whilst also conducting a brief competency assessment.
