Midas is partnered with Thomas International, one of the world's leading authorities in occupational assessments, including psychometrics and ability measures.

We endorse and use their products and have our own in-house personnel trained and authorized to administer and interpret Personality Profile Analysis Assessments (PPA).

If agreed with the client, PPA (personality) and TST (ability) assessments add extra depth and dimension to the evaluation process and have been used successfully by many of our clients.
