This opportunity is based in Ireland and is to cover all 32 counties.
As the successful Area Specification Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales growth and profitability targets specifically with Architects for your designated territory. You will be expected to deliver financial growth targets in line with business forecasts, along with providing key market feedback based on competitor analysis and service provision. The successful Area Specification Manager will aim to create and manage roughly multiple projects through to main contractor stage. you will also deliver CPD presentations on a regular basis.
You will have a proven track record in the construction sector, able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the various product offerings within the market. The Area Specification Manager will have a high level of commercial awareness and will be able to deliver tangible evidence of sector knowledge of selling building materials via architects and of course, strong sales achievement. You must thrive in a sales and customer service role and possess excellent IT and budgeting skills. You may have sold, insulation, bricks, aggregates, glazing, flooring, acoustic products, KBB, interiors to name a few.
