We supply over 5,000 quality products including Fresh Produce, Prepared Vegetables, Chilled, Speciality, Frozen, and Butchery products and are committed to providing our customers with outstanding customer service and innovative solutions.

We’ve had a successful period of growth and are now expanding our business into the south east. The successful candidates will be generating new business opportunities within the London area, you will be maintaining and growing these accounts once you have secured them. You will need to be Identifying the features and benefits of all products and producing a compelling sell to a customer. Creating product pricing quotations and special price requests for customers, developing and maintaining a good working knowledge of the new product ranges launched into our business. You will be working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to hone your selling skills and to maximise effectiveness of your time with the customers.

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in business development and attracting new business in the London area and previous experience of business development in London. You will need to build strong lasting relationships, along with your knowledge within the foodservice sector and area! You’ll have the ability to source your own leads, generating new business and increasing the number of trading customers on your area, in line with agreed targets. You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of developing accounts within the London area that were worth at least £40,000 per annum.

Skills you’ll need for success
• Excellent working knowledge and experience of managing customers’ accounts and gaining new business
• Candidates are preferred to have field sales experience selling food solutions for a foodservice wholesaler
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in order to work effectively and deliver the company goals and vision
• Genuine passion for food and excellent knowledge of the food service industry with the ability to apply this knowledge in ways that benefit our customers
• Proven track record of going the extra mile for customers and drive business initiatives forward
• Full clean driving license
