Midas Selection is a boutique, established and professional recruitment business. We are based within excellent offices in leafy Sutton Coldfield, with excellent links to all local travel facilities. Our location is within walking distance of some great amenities such as restaurants, a retail centre, leisure facilities and the largest urban park in Europe.
We recruit across the UK for some very reputable brands and market leaders, covering an array of roles within the functions of sales, marketing and management. So, for example we frequently recruit area sales executives, business development managers, national account managers and even sales directors. We do the same within marketing functions and recruit for senior managers through to directors on behalf of our clients.
We recruit in a myriad of business sectors, this might be in building materials, foodservice, technology, packaging, construction, fmcg, capital equipment to name a few. We are open to explore new markets. We offer our clients a choice of working with us on a contingent basis or a retained basis, and we believe in offering more than just a cv searching service. The duties will centre on client creation through business development, client meetings, the marketing of excellent candidates to new and existing clients, along with selling the services of our business. You will also be responsible for generating a portfolio of candidates, interviewing via the phone and MS Teams, networking and also headhunting candidates for specific assignments.
We are looking for an experienced senior consultant to run a 360 desk. You will have 3 years’ experience or more of having performed a similar role and have been successful at building a client and candidate community. We are looking for professionals that understand that the role is a sales role, it is a responsible role, and your success is very much aligned to your personal efforts and drive. At times, your desk will require new business efforts, over time it will become more account management orientated, but excellent rewards are on offer for those that are looking to be successful and exceed targets. We are looking for a good team player, someone that is easy to get on with, and someone that has a good work ethic and wants to be successful.
