Salary
£40,000 - £45,000 basic, OTE £55,000 plus other company benefits

The Company
We are a leading Commercial Kitchen Design House for the hospitality industry. We are looking to add to our project design team. Established as a leading solution provider for the HoReCa sector with a strong reputation around the UK. We have an excellent relationship we leading heavy and light equipment manufactures for the hospitality sector, which helps us bring a diverse range of products to our clients. After a highly successful 2023 we are looking to explain our design team offering with addition in our project design team.

The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Designer to deliver innovative and functional commercial kitchen and hospitality designs for some of the UK’s most prestigious venues. This hybrid role combines creative design with client-facing responsibilities. You’ll lead client scoping meetings, create detailed 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD or Revit (training provided), manage projects from concept to completion, and develop sales opportunities, earning commission on delivered projects. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from bespoke installations to large-scale fit-outs, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The Person
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in catering equipment, foodservice, or hospitality design. You’ll be proficient in AutoCAD or Revit (training available), with strong commercial kitchen design expertise and excellent communication skills to lead client discussions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and be eager to grow your client base while earning performance-based incentives. Whether you’re an experienced Sales Designer or a Designer ready to step into a customer-facing role, we’ll provide the tools and support to help you succeed.
