ROLE: Telesales Executive
SALARY: Up to £25,000 (£75k OTE)
LOCATION: Bromsgrove
THE COMPANY:
We are a currently working with a leading Surveyor, based in Bromsgrove, who are looking to expand their Telesales team.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who are proven business developers and enjoy generating new business within a fast-paced sales environment.

DUTIES:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with senior decision makers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that generate leads.
• Tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
• Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve targets.
• Booking appointments for the field sales team to attend.
• Working to daily call targets and KPIs.
THE CANDIDATE:
The right candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience within a similar business development role and will be confident in working to targets and KPIs.
The ability to develop relationships with senior decision makers is a must in order to be successful in this role.
