Founded in 1975, Reach Contact Ltd is a privately owned, expert outsourced international Contract Sales organisation that specialises in FMCG and technical sales for a variety of clients across every market segment.

Originally started as a provider of tactical services, Reach Contact has evolved to become a dynamic software led provider of contract sales, utilising data and technology to revolutionise the entire industry.

Reach required a trusted recruitment partner to provide a volume-based recruitment service which didn’t compromise on quality but was also cost effective.

Working on an exclusive basis allowed Midas Selection to dedicate significant resource to the Reach account, including a dedicated Account Manager, targeted advertising, detailed candidate briefing and assessment, interview check in and control, post interview feedback and offer management.

To ensure Midas Selection fully understood the requirements of Reach we were invited to shadow an employee during some key client visits. This was an invaluable experience and our understanding of the role was improved significantly.
