  • To possess a desk vision, a strategy for what we are trying to achieve, as they say – fail to plan = plan to fail. We will help devise this with you.
  • To look for client prospects that have the potential to be regular business partners, we seek out partnerships and repeat business.
  • To work with true decision makers, to get to the source of the detail wherever possible.
  • To seek out verbal communication where possible with clients and candidates, relationship building is far more effective when we talk to our clients as opposed to continual email.
  • To conduct thorough candidate registrations and not do so over an ad hoc 5 minute “chat”, we need to know our candidates, their capabilities and future requirements. We don’t cut corners.
  • To conduct ourselves in a professional and proper manner and to be proud of the work we carry out.
  • To agree action plans with candidates, and work towards a proactive and targeted approach.
  • To train our staff over time to recognise when our different recruitment solutions are apparent and to promote these where possible.
  • To work on committed and budgeted client requirements, using this as a solid foundation for the recruitment process.
  • To have a structured and planned approach to our working day, to be organised and effective.
  • To meet senior decision makers within our hiring clients at their premises, to enable further understanding of their business and needs.
  • To be open minded to new techniques and the latest technology.
