A recent survey of 2000 people carried out by OnePol.com has found that flexible working hours are top of an employee’s wish list.
The study also found that different age groups wanted different benefits from their employer, including clothing allowance, free fruit, enhanced pension contribution, and summer hours between May and August. The survey also found that one in five people are totally satisfied with the benefits package offered by their employer. Different age groups perks broken down by age group
