Our established client based covers both profit and cost sectors and includes leading hotel chains, education, local authorities and fine dining through to local coffee and sandwich shops.
Due to sustained growth we are seeking to add further personnel to our dynamic, successful sales team throughout the UK.

THE ROLE:
This position involves full responsibility for the management of the Field Sales team.
This team comprises of 2 Sales Managers and circa 20 executives, all managing accounts within the Foodservice sector.
You will be responsible for strategic direction of the team including performance management and in field training.
The team will be focused on both retention and growth of existing accounts and new business, and you will work with the 2 sales managers to support success in both of these areas.
The account base predominantly includes foodservice outlets including hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, contract catering and leisure but could also involve directly managing a small team focusing on Food to Go retail.
This is a varied and exciting role which, as part of it, may also involve directly managing several key National accounts.
THE APPLICANT.
We are seeking to speak to candidates with an established background in Foodservice Field Sales Management
• Candidates must have a proven track record in managing a Field Sales team within the Foodservice sector.
• Candidates must have managed candidates who have been working to territory growth targets as opposed to KPI based activity.
• A background within Foodservice wholesale or bakery will be of strong interest
• Candidates must be passionate foodies with an energetic and driven approach to sales and man management.
