Excellent opportunity with a Premium Seafood wholesaler to the Foodservice Sector

THE COMPANY:
We are a Premium Seafood wholesaler based out of London specialising in the procurement and sales of seafood to the Foodservice sector.
Established for a number of years, we have a fantastic heritage which, as experts in our field, has led us to develop a fantastic reputation with the sector.
Our product range is extensive and of the highest quality – resulting in us being the chosen seafood supplier to many high end hotels, restaurants and gastro pubs, particularly across the Greater London area.
Our purchasing team is well connected within seafood markets and we are able to provide agile service and delivery alongside competitive pricing.
Despite our success we are still very much a family business and offer members of the team a supportive and positive working environment.
Due to a successful 12 months, we are seeking to add to our sales team across several areas.


THE ROLE:
This position is an office based position out of Central/East London focusing on agile sales and training with Foodservice end user customers.
These customers are generally across hotels, restaurant and pub establishments across the London area.
Due to the fast paced nature of the seafood sector – you will be reaching out to and contacting chefs/owners to inform them of the latest seafood product offers and pricing.
These products can be used for specials boards and other areas featuring seafood.
This is a highly pro-active role that involves a high level of confidence combined with a passion for high quality food.
A key part of team, this role offers strong career potential for the successful individual.


THE APPLICANT:
We are keen to speak to candidates with a proven track record of internal sales – and a passion for fine food!

• Candidates must have a proven track record of internal sales.

• Candidates with experience within the Foodservice sector will be of particular interest.

• Candidates with a strong internal sales background in other sectors and alongside a passion for food will also be considered.

• We also welcome applications from Chefs looking to further their career in Foodservice outside of a kitchen environment.
