Foodservice Sales Management position with a leading wholesaler
THE COMPANY:
We are a leading UK Foodservice wholesaler, established in the South West and with ambitious plans for further growth.
With a turn over of almost £100 Million we have developed a strong reputation for being able to provide a one stop product range to chefs in alongside a high level of customer service.
We operate with a high degree of flexibility on cut off times for ordering and minimum deliveries as we fully appreciate the importance to chefs of agile service in these areas.

THE ROLE:
This position is key role based from one of our highest profile depots.
You will directly manage a team of Area Sales Managers focused on driving sales across a geographical area.
These customers are across all areas of Foodservice including pubs, restaurants, leisure, hotels, education and healthcare.
You will train, guide, and performance manage the team and implement central sales strategy via your sales team.
You will be targeted on customer retention and overall sales growth.
This is an exciting role out of a depot with an established customer base of Foodservice customers, whilst at the same time having strong potential for further growth.
THE APPLICANT:
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Senior Sales Management within the Foodservice Sector.
• Candidates with a background in Foodservice wholesale will be of strong interest
• Candidates must have managed Sales teams within Foodservice
• Candidates with experience at Director level will be of particular interest
• Candidates must be of a commercial mindset and be able to implement strategy at a Senior level.
• Candidates must also be able to drive business directly
