We’re recruiting a Trainee Field Service Technician for a business that installs and maintains drinking water systems in homes and workplaces.

This is a good opportunity for someone practical who enjoys solving problems and working with customers. Previous field service experience isn’t required. You’ll receive structured training and support from experienced technicians.

The role

Assist with installations, servicing and maintenance at customer sites
Learn how to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
Maintain tools, equipment and service records
Provide a professional service to customers

What you’ll need

A full UK manual driving licence
A practical approach and willingness to learn
Good communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check. Some customer sites may also require additional screening or security clearance.
