THE COMPANY:
We are a leading UK Foodservice wholesaler, established for a number of years and with ambitious plans for further growth.
With a turn over of almost £100 Million we have developed a strong reputation for being able to provide a one stop product range to chefs in alongside a high level of customer service.
We operate with a high degree of flexibility on cut off times for ordering and minimum deliveries as we fully appreciate the importance to chefs of agile service in these areas.
As part of a wider foodservice group – we also benefit from strong procurement enabling us to not only keep in touch with Foodservice trends with a diverse product portfolio, but also to provide products at competitive prices.
We also pride ourselves on being a great company to work for, proving a positive and supportive management style and offering candidates a great deal of autonomy in their roles.


THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an established area for a progressive Foodservice wholesaler.
You will be responsible for a multimillion turnover area with many accounts who have been clients for a number of years.
Due to recent expansion of product range we are confident that there is further opportunity for strong growth across the existing account base, which comprises of accounts across all sectors, including pubs, restaurants, hotels, leisure, coffee shops, education and healthcare.
We are also keen to further develop the area and are excited about our potential to service new customers across the area.
As a result this role is a combination of account management and new business.
We manage our team to work autonomously without micro-management, whilst offering a supportive environment.,
This makes the position ideal for someone who really enjoys Foodservice sales but is looking for the right cultural environment.

THE APPLICANT:
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Sales and account Management within the Foodservice Sector.

• Candidates must have a proven track record in Foodservice Wholesale sales

• Candidates must be equally adept at both account management and Foodservice

• Candidates must be effective team players and passionate about foodservice

• Experience of Foodservice across both Surrey and Sussex areas is advantageous although not essential
