Location - Woodbridge, Suffolk
Salary - £39,323 live off site, live onsite £31,229

Are you an experienced Head Chef, Chef Manager or Catering Manager with strong team leadership and high-volume catering experience?
We’re looking for a confident catering professional to lead a busy operation, managing a team of Chefs and Catering Assistants while ensuring excellent standards of food, service and safety.
The Role
• Lead, motivate and develop a catering team
• Manage high-volume food production and service
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
• Manage staffing, stock and catering budgets
• Ensure consistent quality across the operation
About You
You’ll have:
• Proven experience managing catering teams
• Experience in high-volume or mass catering
• Strong organisational and decision-making skills
• Excellent food safety and allergen knowledge
• A passion for developing people and delivering quality
