• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, attend site visits and conduct surveys.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, including workflow reviews, reporting and ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.
• Liaise with manufacturers, dealers, and clients to resolve design challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
• Review compliance on designs prior to issue and ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive business growth by supporting new opportunities and helping expand beyond the stadia sector.
• Work closely with the design team, including graphics and BIM/Revit specialists, to deliver exceptional results.
Candidate Profile:
• Proven background in foodservice, catering equipment, or hospitality design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; strong understanding of commercial kitchen ergonomics and design principles.
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Innovative and creative, able to contribute new ideas and approaches.
• Flexible and collaborative, comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team.
What’s on Offer:
• Competitive and negotiable salary (dependant on experience).
• Bonuses and substantial OTE for bringing in new projects.
• Flexible working (remote-based with site visits and client meetings as required).
• Opportunity to work with a progressive design house known for pushing boundaries in the industry.
• Competitive holiday allowance including bank holidays.
