The Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC) has released new data that shows employers’ hiring intentions remain positive.
The REC’s latest “JobsOutlook” covering the period of June-August 2019 shows that the demand for permanent employees rose by 5%, compared to March-May 2019.
Medium-term demand also increased over the same period rising by 7%.
Employers’ confidence in the UK economy fell by 4% due to the uncertainty of Brexit.
