The Opportunity
Midas have enjoyed over 20 years as an established recruitment consultancy offering permanent recruitment solutions to a variety of clients across the UK from sectors such as Food, Manufacturing, Construction, Technology to name a few. We provide talented professionals across all areas of the UK to our customers across 4 business areas, these being professionals from within Sales, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial positions.
We enjoy a lot of repeat business because we are good at what we do. Why? We are looking to grow and increase our client offering which spans all four business areas. To do this we are looking for a positive, structured and proactive internal sales professional.
The Role
The role is a mixture of the need to contact new prospects by telephone and email, to introduce our offering, and to reconnect with lapsed accounts at middle management and director level. The expectation is to make a min of 40 telephone calls per day plus emails and contact through other avenues (Video and LinkedIn etc). You will work closely with our CRM, tracking progress on accounts and prospects, whilst also looking to research ideal customer profiles and bring these into our prospecting funnel.
This is not a “hard sell” - it is a structured and organized contact regime, with plenty of outlet for creativity to get our messages across and educate as to how we can add value to different teams of hiring managers in different departments. We have a great story; we work with some very large employers and have a small but very experienced team to support our clients.
The Applicant
Simple. We are looking for a positive and “can-do” attitude, along with demonstrable experience on your CV of B2B outreach. E.g., telephone sales, telephone business development, internal account management, tele prospecting etc. We do not mind what you have sold in the past, it could be other business services, or products and solutions. The most important thing is the way you do the job and your daily organisation, structure and approach is of most interest to us. Full training will be provided about our sector and services.
