Location: Reading, Bracknell, Farnborough, Woking, Weybridge, Slough, High Wycombe, Watford, Wembley, Richmond, Chesham
Salary: £36,000 + £1,500 London Weighting Allowance (within M25)

Are you an experienced Coffee Machine Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Technical Trainer looking to take the next step in your career?
We are recruiting for a Technical Trainer to join a leading global manufacturer of professional coffee and beverage equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer from the coffee, vending or electro-mechanical equipment industry to move into a role focused on training, coaching and developing engineers.
You will use your technical knowledge and hands-on experience to support field engineers, deliver technical training and help improve service standards across the business.
The Role:
Deliver technical training to field engineers and service technicians.
Provide practical guidance on installation, servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Support engineers with fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Create and update training materials and technical documentation.
Coach and mentor engineers to improve their technical skills.
Support new product introductions and service procedures.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a strong technical engineering background who enjoys sharing knowledge and developing others.
You will have:
Experience as a Coffee Machine Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Technical Trainer or Service Engineer.
Experience working on commercial coffee machines, vending equipment or similar electro-mechanical products.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ability to explain technical information clearly.
Experience supporting or mentoring engineers.
Full UK driving licence.
Coffee machine experience is highly desirable, although candidates from other electro-mechanical equipment backgrounds with strong technical training experience will also be considered.
